Consular establishments of Belarus give out the following kinds

for work, for study, for a constant residence.
Belarusian tourist visas are issued upon presentation of the
original of the tourist voucher received from Belbride Travel.
To get a visa for private purposes foreigner has to present the
invitation issued for a Belarusian resident by his local passport
and visa office. The original invitation should be handed over to
the embassy/consulate or Consular office at the National airport in
this case, any fax or photocopy is excluded. Multiple private visa
is issued upon presentation of the original invitation to
foreigners, visiting their close relatives. In our practice to get a personal visa an inviting
person from belarus has to go through endless queues and officials,
and we would not recommend anyone to apply for this kind of visa.
