GROUP TOURS TO BELARUSBELTOURIST is ready to organize group tours for supporters, organized groups, business or official delegations coming to Belarus. We can work out any cultural and entertainment program to satisfy all needs. The starting cost of our tours is $90.00 a person per day with a 3 day minimum stay. Costs depend on the city, hotel and additional services you chose. A deposit of $50.00 a person per day is required to be paid a minimum of 20 days in advance. Your deposit can be paid by credit card, wire transfer or Western Union but the balance of the tour cost must be paid in full by cash within 24 hours of your arrival. Our tours include: Visa Support for the Group Most countries require an official invitation before you can get an actual tourist or business travel visa. On receipt of your deposit we will send you a questionnaire to fill out within 24 hours. After you complete and return it to us our agent will issue your invitation visa and send it to you. You will then need to fill out the paperwork required by the embassy, supply them with your passport, and pay any fees directly to the embassy office. These fees will vary in cost depending on how soon you apply for the visa so try to apply at least 30-45 days in advance if possible to save costs. Learn more here >>> Airport or train pickup and drop-of On your arrival one of our staff will meet you at the airport or train station for pickup and shuttle to the hotel in any Belarussian city you chose. At the end of your tour you will be transported back to the departure point for your return home. Pickup and drop-off is available 7 days a week. It is problematic to get from Minsk2 international airport to the cities of Belarus more convenient and cheap than with our help. The airport is situated 40km from Minsk city so you will probably spend more on getting just to Minsk on a taxi than going to the cities of Belarus . Learn more here >>> Consultations via e-mail and phone and during your visit During the process of finding the ideal partner in another country you will have questions arise. Our staff will be there to give you the information that you need so that you can make educated decisions. Interpreting you will be provided with our representative on your way from airport and on the first day. If you will need personal interpreter, we will provide you with one for 7$ an hour. Excursions and Sightseeing Tours Depending on the type of group we will offer you a list of different exciting excursions to different remarkable cities of Belarus. Important information: 1. Tours DO NOT include airfare or ground transportation except for airport or train pickup and drop-off service. We recommend to go to our Flights Page to find the best flight to Belarus. 2. Once your invitation visa has been issued it cannot be changed without paying additional fees and a minimum of 30 days notice is required to make ANY changes. 3. If you miss your flight please call us immediately and give us your full name, new flight arrival information, and destination so we may make our agent aware of your new arrival time. 4. Our tour space sometimes sells out very rapidly so it is a good idea to confirm your travel dates with us before you purchase your airline tickets 5. We are not responsible for cancellation of tours due to acts of God, war, civil uprisings, or personal health reasons.
